Order Instructions

On each product's page, insert the quantity you would like to order and click on "add to cart". You can continue shopping, or proceed to payment clicking on "checkout".

Once you click on "checkout" you will see all the items you plan to order in your "shopping cart". You may adjust your quantity on this page, or return to shopping.

On the following page, you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping information. Your shipping charges will be automatically added based on your order.

On the last page, you will have the opportunity to review your order and send us comments regarding your shipment. Upon clicking "Confirm Order" you will be sent to our secure payment processor, PayPal.com, where you will enter your payment information. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and E-Check payments.

Upon order completion with PayPal, you will receive an email containing your order information, and a second email informing your order is paid for and confirmed.

Shipment of Items

Confirmed orders will be shipped within 2-3 days via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Accepted Payments

For orders processed online, PayPal accepts major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you wish to order by mail, please print out the order confirmation email that you received and mail it to us including your payment through money order, cashier's check, or personal/business checks. If an order has already beeh shipped, we will make arrangements with you to fulfill the changes you seek.

Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item you ordered from us, you can return it for a full reimbursement, any time within 10 days of your receipt of an item. We'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We cannot reimburse your shipping costs for any item that is returned at your discretion. Here are the general guidelines for our products:

  • Books must be in their original condition
  • CD's, audio books, and DVD's must by unopened, unless they are defective.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from us. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days. We will be happy to exchange any damaged or defective merchandise.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, you will still be responsible for any shipping costs.
